Process Improvement - The Refine Stage of DRIVE
Running in unison with Design, the Refine phase is where we collaboratively pressure-test how the work actually gets done. As a team, our specialists alongside your internal leaders, review the process as a whole and ask the hard questions designed to poke holes in it: Where are the redundancies? What’s manual that shouldn’t be? Where does the workflow break down? From there, we look for opportunities to optimize the workflow and, where it makes sense, introduce automation, engaging the right internal teams to build it, or leveraging existing internal or third-party software to get the job done. The depth of this work scales to your organization’s maturity and capacity. This phase can be skipped at your discretion, but we strongly recommend it: training a process you haven’t refined just teaches the inefficiencies faster.In the Validate phase, our quality team confirms that what we trained is actually showing up in the work. We partner with your business to build a QA scorecard, defining together the criteria and performance standards that matter to you, then measure against it. The result is objective evidence that learners are performing as expected and that the new SOPs and processes are being followed on the ground.
